This is proving impossible and I was wondering if anyone had experience with this and could offer some advice. Both the side and headlight bulbs have gone and I can not change! I really do not want to pay a garage to do well.

When is the best time to move spring bulbs (tulips, etc)?
I live in Zone 7. I put my bulbs in the ground in late October to late November Flores should have bloomed and the leaves yellow before making land. This is for Daffodils - Tulips and other spring bulbs. Note! that normally takes two years to Iris to bloom after you move the bulbs. One thing to remember is to cover them with wire mesh to keep squirrels eating. Never plant too deep or not come up. The tulips bloom for only two years and then must be replaced.
